Questions
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests scan the QR code (or open your link, or type the party code at sharetoast.com), add their name, and share photos straight from their phone’s browser. It works on iPhone and Android.
How much does it cost?
Try it free: a trial album holds 25 photos from up to 10 guests for 7 days, so you can test it with friends. Unlocking your party is $39.99, one time, with no subscription: unlimited guests and photos, downloads for everyone, and photos kept for 12 months. Fair use applies; see the Terms of Use.
When can guests add photos?
As soon as your album is unlocked, so you can collect photos before the party too, and until 20 days after it, because people share late. Everyone can still view and download the photos for 12 months after your event.
Who can see the photos?
Only you and the people with your album’s link, QR code or party code. Albums are never public and never in search results. Photos are encrypted on their way to us and while stored, and we don’t browse albums, sell photos, show ads or train AI on them.
Can guests download the photos?
Yes, once the album is unlocked: any photo full size, or the whole album as one ZIP file. You can switch guest downloads off in your album’s settings, and you can always download everything yourself.
What happens after 12 months?
The album and every photo are permanently deleted. We email you reminders before that, so download everything you want to keep.
Can I add videos?
Not yet. Sharetoast is for photos.
What if it doesn’t work out?
If something prevents it from working for your event, or you haven’t used your album, email us within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund you.
